A lady reports with fracture of an Upper Molar Tooth.

The said Upper Second Molar had a history of a Cap done after a Root Canal Treatment.

The fractured tooth was extracted .

An implant was placed at the same time of extraction.

A Sinus Lift Surgery with PRF, PRGF, A-PRF and  Demineralised Freese Dried Bone  was done; As the bone was insufficient to hold or grip the Implant 

This Helps to Reduce the Number of Surgeries, Time for the entire treatment and produces better quality Bone.
